The Popes almost extemporaneous homily in his Mass at Palo Leyte (ground zero of the last typhoon Yolanda ) with English translator was truly inspired by the Holy Spirit as it came directly from his clean heart . It did not move the pilgrims there (all with raincoats being wet by the rains ) but TV viewers as well as newscasters and anchormen to tears . Gift of the Holy spirit ...gift of tears .... The power of a homily or any speech does not depend on grammar and speech, manner or tone and research but on the Divine inspiration of the Holy Spirit . It is the Holy Spirit that instructs a righteous or Holy person what to do, say and when to say.
