The Power of Faith... For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes...For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed—a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” - Rom 1:16-17. Faith is the master key to every spiritual blessing in Christ, the riches of Gods glorious inheritance inheritance in his holy people, and to His incomparably great power for us who believe - Eph 1:3,18-19. The power of the gospel is incomparable, and can only be unlocked by faith. FAITH is the spiritual knowledge, taking God at His word - Heb 11:3,8. * Faith in Christ is our shortcut into the blessings/inheritance of God, bypassing the requirements of the Law and principles of life because Jesus has met all that requirements for us in His body - Rom 10:4; 11:7. Eph 1:11. What then shall we say? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have obtained it, a righteousness that is by faith; but the people of Israel, who pursued the law as the way of righteousness, have not attained their goal. Why not? Because they pursued it not by faith but as if it were by works. They stumbled over the stumbling stone.- Rom 9:30-32. Faith has its works which expresses itself through love: love is the work of faith, for faith without works is dead - Gal 5:6. * Jesus has become everything for us: We may not be have what it takes to have success, breakthrough, healing, blessing, miracle etc but our faith in Christ has made us qualified - Col 1:10-14; 2:9-10. You can be the nicest person with great character to match, preach great sermons about holiness and righteousness, follow the religious laws & principles as recorded in the Bible, and attends church activities faithfully but without faith in Christ Jesus it is impossible to please God; for Hes our advocate with the Father...He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world; Hes has become for us wisdom from God, that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. - 1Jn 2:1-2. 1Cor 1:30. Listen friends; Through faith we are saved, washed, sanctified and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God; For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. - 1Cor 6:11. Eph 2:8-10. JESUS CHRIST IS OUR HOPE OF GLORY IN THE FACE OF SHAME - Col 1:27. * The power, key or secret you need to live a godly and victorious life is FAITH; no wonder Jesus says, Dont be afraid. Just have faith...Everything is possible for one who believes.- Mk 5:36; 9:23. Apostle John said, This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.- 1Jn 5:4. And Apostle said, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.- Eph 6:16. > This faith has one source - Rom 10:17. And it has the power to make you what you need to be - Mk 5:34. Lk 7:50. * Fight of Faith: Dont let anyone mislead or takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the elemental spiritual forces of this world rather than on Christ. Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you. Dont follow practices based on merely human commands and teachings. Such regulations indeed have an appearance of wisdom, with their self-imposed worship, their false humility and their harsh treatment of the body. Col 2:8,18,22-23. Brother Jude said, I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to God’s holy people.- Jude 1:3. Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you...- 1Tim 6:12. NO ONE CAN LAY HOLD ON ETERNAL LIFE WITHOUT FAITH: Laws, principles, rules, regulations may give you temporal life but its only faith in Christ Jesus that guarantees eternal(rich satisfying) life - Jn 3:16-17. Faith Is What The Son Of Man Is Interested In! - Lk 5:20; 18:8.
