The Prayer Closet Almighty God and Keeper of our souls. Lord You know the thoughts and intents of the heart; the reasons behind why we DO what we DO, and when we DO it. So do we pray that You would consider the meditations of our hearts, this day. Search us O God, and know our hearts; try us, and know our thoughts; make manifest the secrets of our hearts, and purge us of those things which are not like You, that we may honor You with a TRUE WORSHIP. Lord, we lay before You, this day, the people and the pursuits that have driven us further away from a heart of worship. Help us to turn our hearts, once again, toward heaven so that we may seek Your approval and blessing above the temporal rewards this world has to offer. Purge us of every fond ambition, all that we have sought, and hoped and known in exchange for the glories of heaven, where we will reign with You forevermore. Then shall we be able to Praise You with our whole hearts, O God; rejoice in Your faithfulness; and find rest in Your unfailing love. This is the season of the TRUE WORSHIPPER, when we should worship You in spirit and in truth: for You seek such to worship You. So shall we praise You, O God, for Your goodness, and for Your wonderful works towards us; so shall we set our hearts towards You, in faith, and look to You for strength Today and Hope for tomorrow. In the matchless name of Jesus the Christ, we do pray and declare it all. Amen
