Please note that minimum CGPA requirement in Bachelor/ Honors & Masters Degree will be 3.00 out of 4.00 and minimum GPA requirement in SSC & HSC examination will be 4.00 out of 5.00. Additional Job Requirements Age At most 30 year(s) Age not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on 31 January, 2015. Must be capable of working with MS Office suite Must have excellent communication skills Financial analysis skills and analytical thinking ability will be treated as advantage The selected candidates will be appointed as Management Trainee Officer and they will be on probation for a period of 01 (one) year. After successful probation period they will be absorbed as Senior Officer. While joining the Bank the successful candidates are required to sign an undertaking on Tk 300/- non judicial stamp that they will serve the Bank continuously for a minimum period of 03 (three) years. The selected Officers will be required to serve at any Branch/Office of the Bank anywhere in or outside Bangladesh.
