The President of Serbia visited Wardenclyffe yesterday to unveil a monument dedicated to Nikola Tesla. I was in attendance and got to meet His Excellency, Tomislav Nikolic, and shake hands with the man. He knew all about The Oatmeal, The Lets build a GD Tesla Museum campaign, and was a super nice guy. I had to give a short 2 minute talk before the statue unveiling in which I cracked a bunch of jokes about Sriracha which completely bombed in front of the large crowd of Serbian diplomats. There was one nerdy American girl in the back row giggling like crazy at all my incredible jokes though, so I salute that lovely lady for punctuating the cricket chirps with your giggles. Im planning on publishing a big post about whats happening with the Tesla Museum in a few days, because I know its been awhile since Ive written about it.
