The President ... shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed... These are the actual words in Article II, Section 3 of the US Constitution. All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. These are the actual first words of the Constitution after the preamble. Article I, Section 1. What Mr. Obama intends to do tonight is a direct violation of his oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. He is refusing to execute our immigration laws by telling his administration to cease deportation of people who are here illegally. He is doing this without any indicia of law. He is simply not doing his constitutional duty. He should be impeached for this alone. However, his offence is even more egregious because he also intends to give work permits to people who have violated our immigration laws duly passed by Congress. All of this is unconscionable, and yet, who is going to stop this madness? His beating in the recent elections has only made him more petulant. With his Obamacare falling apart and soon to be eviscerated by the supreme court, Obama wants to carve out a new legacy, and to hell with any laws or oaths that may be an impediment. I will say it for the umpteenth time. He is mentally ill, and his actions have one purpose, and one purpose only, to hoist him to as lofty a place in history as he can possibly achieve. We the People are the least of his concerns. When he takes this despotic step tonight, do not think for a moment that it will mark the end of his megalomania. As someone once famously said, You aint seen nothin yet.
