The President’s health care law failed to live up to its promises of lower premiums, no new taxes on the middle class, and the assurance that if people liked their health care plan they could keep it. This week, Americas New Congress took immediate action to reverse #Obamacare provisions that incentivized employers to reduce workers’ hours and encouraged small businesses not to hire veterans. Passing these bills was just a first step. In the weeks and months ahead, I will work with my colleagues on both sides of the aisle to find health care solutions that empower the American people, not bureaucrats in Washington.
