The Problem With Bad Company If you are surrounded by people who defend you from the defenseless, fight for you with the weak, speak out for you against the voiceless, make you look like the savior of the world while trampling people underfoot; you are a lost leader. The people who surround you are hypocrites, when they are done with getting what they want from you or you are done with what you possess that attracts them to you, YOU will remain alone, lonely and they will not mind your humiliation. The Solution Surround yourself with people who will speak the truth if need be, will not flatter you when you need true help; will not eat your break idly and never care whether you are around or not.
