The Project Launching Ceremony organized at the Quetta Serena Hotel. The ceremony was started with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Mr. Jawad Ahmed – Director Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). After the recitation of the Holy Quran, the stage secretary Mr. Farooq Mengal – a senior staff member of Taraqee Foundation formally welcomed the participants and described the purpose of the event. Later, the stage secretary invited Mr. Amjad Rashid Chief Executive Taraqee Foundation to speak to the gathering and present a presentation on the project.
