The Provincial Government of Albay headed by Governor Joey Sarte Salceda in partnership with the Bicol University- University Student Council will be hosting the Bantay Kalinigan Competitions 2014 to promote environmental awareness by means of being advocates of climate change adaptation and at the same time developing the talents of young Albayanos. Bantay Kalinigan Competitions includes Essay writing (English and Filipino), Poem Writing (English and Filipino), Extemporaneous Speaking (English and Filipino), Poster Slogan Making (English and Filipino) on October 24, 2014 and for the first time the A2C2 Cup 2014: Debate Competition on October 24-25, 2014. *Registration of participants will be on the day and at the venue of the competition before the event starts.
