The Pull Up One of my favorite exercises to do and has taken years to be able to do so with good form. My goal at first was to be able to do at least 1 (5 years ago), but with all goals that you set out to do and accomplish, new ones are set. My new goal is to be able to rep out 20 with excellent form. Not quite there yet but I will get there! Make sure you are setting goals to keep you driven and motivated.
