The Queensland Chief Health Officer Dr Jeannette Young reports the first test results from an 18 year old woman at Royal Brisbane and Womens Hospital are negative for Ebola Virus Disease (EVD). The patient remains in isolation until the second test which is expected back on Wednesday 29 October. The patient is feeling well and is exhibiting no symptoms. Dr Young will make further comment at a media conference this morning at 8am. Audio from the media conference will be posted as soon as possible after the conference.
