The RIAM symphony orchestra, under the direction of James Cavanagh, comes to St. Marys Church, Haddington Road, this Sunday the 10th of November for a lovely concert including Bruchs violin concerto and Beethovens 7th Symphony. All proceeds will go to the St Mary’s Music and Organ fund which was set up to promote sacred music in the parish and for the upkeep and eventual restoration of our organ. Tickets will be on sale from Meaghers Pharmacy on Baggot Street, or through Sister Margaret (086-898-1267). Prices: €12, €6 (conc.), €30 Family ticket.
