The RSAF Fighter Group – Decisive and Deadly! This week, we are proud to present the Fighter Group’s new insignia! The Fighter Group (FG) is under our Air Combat Command and oversees our fighter squadrons - 140, 143, 144, 145 and 149 SQNs. Here’s what FGs new insignia symbolizes - The gold raptor symbolises tenacity, aggressiveness, resiliency and strength. The silver claws represent FG’s mastery and employment of the latest advanced defence technology. The blue-networked globe symbolises FG’s seamless integration into the larger RSAF and SAF operational network to deliver timely and decisive firepower over air, land and sea domains. The background’s grey hues reflect FGs ability to execute its mission effectively day or night and in all weather conditions across the operation continuum.
