The Ray Rice scenario is an example of the double standards in society...A man should never (under any circumstance) hit a woman.. Man is supposed to protect women..So the criticism of Ray Rice is understandable and justifiable. Society perceives him like they perceived Chris Brown (a monster) which again I can understand... But why the hell can Solange attack Jay Z on an elevator with no regard and spoofs of humorous nature surface. Society is missing the problem..NO ONE DESERVES TO BE HIT BEATEN OR ABUSED...Solange should be penalized too! It doesnt matter if she wasnt strong enough to hurt him. Men have no protection from domestic violence..Which is the same in all forms :violence. You wanna call for equality then lets split it even. Women should be demonized the same way men are. Men need to speak out. But you know what that wont happen! The very idea of a man complaining of domestic violence is borderline ridiculous and even humorous. Thats not equality. Men have to protect women they are the creators of us all. I wouldnt be surprised if God was a women. But at the same time women have to have our backs too...Every man isnt bad..Yet they still are treated that way. They deal with verbal abuse (because women cut) they even deal with women attacking them like Solange.. Especially amongst black people..In turn that puts pressure on a man to defend himself..And if he isnt mature in his mind (which most black men arent because they dont have fathers) he responds by hitting his attacker...No one should hit anyone! #Noviolencetowardsanyone #peace
