The Ray Rice video. What I see is not what everyone else sees. What I see is Ray and Janay enter the elevator, obviously in a cross mood. He seems to have bumped her, and she spit in his face. She takes a swing at him and misses, and Ray moves to the back of the elevator. Janay advances on him, with fists clenched, obviously intending to hit him. He pops her with a quick hit to the body, and she falls against the elevator rail, and that impact knocks her unconscious. If Janay were a male, it would have been self defense. In my opinion, it still is self defense. Women want equality, and they want to be treated like the little princess, when theyre acting in quite a different manner. Im not saying he should have hit her, but it wasnt a brutal attack. And he didnt deliver a knockout punch, it was impact with the railing that knocked her out. At least thats the way I see it.
