The Real Origin of the “Birther” Issue. By Cecil L. Russell What IF Romney and Ryan had been elected, do you think that the Progressive / Communist movement in America would have dissipated? Would a Romney / Ryan move to separate Communists / Socialists / Progressives such as William Ayers from the education system and eliminate that "brainwashing" of America youth from public schools? There is ample evidence to support an indictment of Obama for Treason. Would a Romney / Ryan move to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law as an example for the anti - American movement within our country? I believe that the answer is a resounding NO. There are far too many within the Republican and Libertarian Parties and cause who work against America for that to occur. Many of these are in full public view and have substantial influence in the media, working behind the scenes to convince Americans that Obama is a misguided politician. You can hear them on radio and see them on television. This is the purpose of the “birther” movement which was created by the Hillary Clinton campaign to distract Americans from the legal fact that Obama’s’ mother had renounced his citizenship in 1968 in order for Obama to become an Indonesian citizen and attend a Muslim school. By American law, Obama is required to petition the Courts and U.S. government to have his citizenship reinstated but Democrats overlooked this legal fact until after Obama had announced his candidacy for President. There was a scramble to provide Obama with legitimacy and mistakes were made which is why the long form and the short form of his birth certificates have different attending physician signatures. What everyone overlooked is that the birth certificate issue is a “red herring.” Under U. S. law in 1961, if a child is born to an American citizen, the child automatically has U.S. citizenship. As Glenn Beck would intimate, search this out for yourself. Check the State department law and ALL U.S. codified law for the year Obama claims he was born. Obama could have been born on Mars and he would automatically be a citizen of the U.S. by virtue of his mother’s American citizenship. People like Glenn Beck work feverishly to provide Obama legitimacy through the continuous reference and condemnation of the “birther” issue as a distraction for the real reason Obama is not a legitimate U.S. citizen. Previous overlooking of the renunciation of U.S. citizenship by Obama’s legal representative-his mother-caused the creation of the “birther” issue and people like Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity give it validation by their Sal Alinsky like tactics of condemnation and ridicule those who voice the “birther” issue, thus giving the necessary protection to Obama against any who would bring up the renunciation of citizenship issue. In fact, Beck has referred to this issue as a “birther” issue. The renunciation of citizenship IS documented in the State department and cannot be removed from the record which is why there is now an ongoing quiet move to seal Obama’s records from scrutiny. Why does the United States Constitution have the second requirement of “14 years a resident in order to be President? “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.” One of the purposes of that clause is for someone who renounced his citizenship and later recanted, having his citizenship officially reinstated, but that individual has to wait a full 14 years after the re-instatement of their citizenship in order to hold the Office of the President. Obama failed to petition to have his citizenship re-instated and thus, his entire Presidency is invalid. Every law signed by Obama is Null and Void. Everything Obama has implemented is Null and Void, including every appointment to the U. S. Supreme Court. Now ask yourself this: What Republican or Libertarian is going to go up against the liberal press corps? Are you aware that a Conservative Constitutional President can completely destroy the existing Democrat Party simply by prosecuting Every Democrat in Congress for failure to present a budget as required by law? Are you aware that a Conservative Constitutional President can completely destroy the existing Democrat Party by prosecuting Every Democrat Precinct leader for failure to certify the legal qualifications and legitimacy of their candidate before that candidate is submitted for election candidacy? The Constitutional Conservative President who does this DESTROYS the existing Democrat Party. It IS possible to separate the anti-American Progressives / Communists from our education system and restore American schools to their proper intention but the effects would not be seen or felt for many years to come. People like the terrorist William Ayers will continue poisoning the minds of the young if he and his wife are not removed from teaching positions and this misery they have caused for the past 25 years will repeat itself again when the "left" in America can re-assert itself in the minds of the simple and stupid that are allowed to vote. Do you think that there are Any Republicans or Libertarians who will prosecute Obama for treason? I do not because I believe that they FEAR the media too much. I do not have such fear and given the opportunity, Obama, his wife, most of his administration, every Democrat Party prescient captain and the Progressives in our Courts and other positions of authority would BE PROSECUTED FOR TREASON. So come the Presidential election in 2016, remember this: You Get What You Vote For.
