The Real Singapore "A Straits Times article on 11 Sep 2013 proclaimed with aplomb that A surcharge on multiple-car owners won’t work and, recognizing that they are not exactly the most credible mouthpieces on issues relating to equity, promptly threw in “…: Experts“. What I am extremely amused with is that their first “expert” said: “… that a surcharge was unlikely to affect the rich – “at the end, it would really hit the middle-income, those who have two cars for family purposes”. Which reveals a lack of contact with reality." Are you sick of reading stuff that the "experts" say on Straits Times?
