The Real from the Unreal. All Buddhas probably teach the people - TopicsExpress

The Real from the Unreal. All Buddhas probably teach the people of their day to be wary of the Priests and the Scribes and their interpretations of the Scriptures. They, seeing that these interpretations with all their Hocus Pocus Focus on Laws, Finery, and Ritual benefits the ruling class at the literal expense of the peasantry. They, like jesus, who was The Buddha of the Jews taught that practical living was the basis of wisdom and happiness. He didnt even teach them how to read or how to follow the stars while sailing. He taught them what he knew for free whereas the priest and the scribes considered the peasantry to be untouchable. Imagine that the Father in Heaven is just opening up their minds enough to reveal their intellect, their decision making abilities. Whereas before they could make a decision on their own they would have to pay a priest for his opinion on every matter. We know that this is the way the traditional Rabbi or literate teacher worked. Being the smartest man in town he could make his price for anything legal . This is why a government by the people and for the people should not depend on lawyers to govern. Literary knowledge has the tendency to enslave the illiterate. whereas the decisive intellect does not have to pay a lean to anyone. Jesus healed the sick for free, raised the dead for free, helped out with whoever needed it in his day at whatever time for free. He asked for nothing in return. Whereas the priests and scribes extracted a penance, a pence which were coins. So a peasant had to work a year for a coin to pay the priests so he could get his father buried in the Hocus Pocus Focused way of the Priests and Scribes. As long as they kept the people ignorant they became rich, not by selling knowledge. No one but them gained anything from what they did. They just got rich, and was able to procure more lands for their family and friends in the upper caste.
