“The Resurrection is Real Life” Easter. It sure seems over. But it’s not. In fact, it’s just getting started. Because Jesus’ resurrection from the dead was just the beginning of resurrection reality. Sure it’s easy to forget this when you’re overwhelmed by responsibility, so sick you can hardly hold up your head or struggling with any of the thousands of ways life can kick you in the backside. But that’s exactly why it’s so important for you to believe that resurrection is not just something that happened in the past. Or will take place at some point in the future. But is real life right now. So real, it actually changes things when you mess up, feel like you can’t deal with life and have no more hope. So, on this first day after Easter, choose to live your life – and every single thing that happens in it – in the reality of the resurrection. #GodNMe #FirstStepMondays
