The Returning Citizens Voter outreach team and Returning Citizens United ,inc headed by sister Debra Rowe,had the opportunity to register 25 voters today at Malcolm X and Dr Martin l. King Jr Ave SE.If you know that area, you would think they not interested in voting, they were. A number of them stated, with the upcoming election, they may see change, since very little took place in ward 8 during the Gray era.
