The Right Time and Place to Find the Saviour About 2000 years ago, the shepherds who listened to the angels found king Jesus not in a palace but a manger. Following a star wise men later found Him in a house (not a manger). But He was taken to Egypt before the soldiers came to kill boys 2 & under. 30 years later the people killed the humble Saviour, expecting a king riding triumphantly. Jesus "was caught up unto God, and to his throne." Rev 12:5, and is now high priest in heaven itself (Heb 4:14, 9:24). He is not now in a house or manger, but at the throne of grace, where we can obtain mercy (sins forgiven), and grace to help in time of need (strength to stop sinning) Heb 4:16. "Unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation." Heb 9:28. Those who are blameless will see Him in peace. All others will face His wrath. Rev 22:11-12 He that is unjust or filthy, let him be sinful still, and he that is righteous or holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 2 Peter 3:14 Seek to be found blameless and looking for Him in the right place.
