The Right and The Best choice; many people use these two terms interchangeably. Critically what is right is always the best but what is the best is Not always right. How?.............. Right choice denotes that which is most suitable for the ultimate goal and experience of the soul personality precipitating onward self realization whereas best denotes that which is most expedient and available for the actualization of a present desire/lack or the mitigation of a pressing issue/perception. While the former can atimes be in tandem with the latter, the latter without the former is grossly deficient and ineffectual over time. . . . The right choices survive flourishes and endures the worst and trying times outliving all encumbrances, trials/challenges. The best choices are transitory, short-lived and wither out after a brief initial blossoming period. Every day, we are faced with decision making and choices concerning our lives, work, career, profession, family, marriage/relationships, etc……. In most cases, these are decisions whose spillover effects will reverberate over a long period of our life span making manifest certain experiences and lessons to us which may even spill to successive lifetimes. In decision making, we are either satisfying our needs, satisfying them at the expense of our wants or we are exploiting the exigencies of the moment. . . . So, often we are keen and susceptible to go for the best choices at the detriment of the right ones because we have a burning desire to satisfy our pressing problems and resolve/complement our situations in that moment. These problems being partly self-created and partly societally enforced/impinged on us. Therefore, the best choices are always imbued and driven by the manifestation of fear predicated on the concern of the present and the future. This fear most often than not drown out the voice of reason and good conscience thereby incapacitating our intuitiveness to good and valid judgments. . . . However, time and experiences with their inherent lessons always validate the right choices from the wrong choices. Hence, there is no wrong choice but only the right choice and the best choice.
