The Ruling on Yoga - Shaykh Al-Utaybee Yoga is not simply a physical exercise, it is rather a form of worship to the sun instead of Allah. Ruling on Yoga: It is not permissible because the aqeedah behind it is Shirk. Even if for medical reasons, there are alternatives to yoga.
