The Run for Tomorrow Pitsford Water Marathon completed today in 4.27. A very tough run today as Im still battling man-flu (all the guys out there will understand just what Im going through!) Headache, blocked nose, sore throat, blocked ears & chesty cough etc. Still it warmed up to a lovely sunny day and it was my first run in a vest for about 5 months (hence I caught the sun on my shoulders!) A great race with stunning scenery, thank you to Dave Major & Linda Major for putting the race on again and great to see so many running friends today.
