The Rutgers vs Washington st game is like asking me if I would rather be shot or stabbed. A horrible game to even attempt to handicap. How do I know much of this? You do not make a pick according to the line they present you with but rather WHAT YOU FEEL THE LINE SHOULD BE IN COMPARISON TO WHAT THE LINE IS CURRENTLY.
