The SG has gone one leave from now to December 2014. He took this decision because some of his colleagues accused him of using his position to cause disharmony. He therefore thought it prudent since they had called the delegates conference for 15th December to take leave so that nobody will accuse him of manipulating the system in December. JPAM believes in the rule of law. He is one of the founders of NRM that restored the rule of law. He believes that in order for there to be no doubt in anyones mind that he is engaged in intrigue, insincerity, clique formation, etc he will leave the organization of the Delegates Conference in the most competent hands of an elected Deputy Secretary General. The will of the people expressed through their leaders in the delegates conference must be respected. It is up to you NRM leaders to take up the mantle of explaining to the people that this so called disharmony is really what Chairman Mao calls Contradictions in his essay on Contradictions.
