The SMO Americas has an opening for a Latin America Customer Service Representative/Exports SUMMARY Reporting to the Latin America Sales Director, will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Latin America Team in all after sales activities as well as customer service to help in the further development and increase of Latin America activities. Responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, order entry and follow up, export process and ensuring compliance with U.S. and foreign government laws and regulations involving international trade. Will work very closely with the Shipping Departments at both manufacturing locations overseeing the proper and timely completion of export documentation. Will play a leading role in the coordination and management of international credit and collections issues by working very closely with the Credit and Collection Supervisor.
