The Sacramento County Sheriffs Department is asking the publics help in locating 65-year-old Thomas Haley. Haley was last seen Nov. 27 on his boat, which remains docked within the 14000 block of Highway 160 in Walnut Grove. Haley takes life-sustaining medication and is awaiting surgery. His medications and wallet were found on the boat, deputies said. Deputies also found Haleys two small animals unattended on the boat. His cell phone was also found nearby.
