The Saga of Doris Mystery Illness is at its conclusion. After $250 of vet bills we really cant afford, the vet says it was behavioural, and that he couldnt find anything in his examinations or the urine analysis. Kim thinks (and I agree) that at one point she had a kidney stone that worked its way out of her system and thats what caused her to lose control of her bladder, have blood in her urine, etc. By the time we got her into the vet, it had mostly run its course, leaving no evidence behind. Kind of like when Cricket had a blockage but by the time the vet went in to get it out, it had worked itself out. So..its good news that Dori is fine, and bad news that we owe even more money. But I love that my baby girl is OK.
