The Sanghis may be the biggest impediment & threat to secularism & pluralism in India, but there are also a few politicians & demagogues (if not that big in numbers or organized) among Muslims who need to be named & shamed. We all are aware of the Owaisi brothers of Hyderabad. And then, there is Azam Khan from Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. Member of the secular Samjwadi Party, Khan first kicked up a storm in April when he babbled - India won the Kargil War solely because of Muslim soldiers and no Hindu soldier was behind the victory. And now, hes put his foot-in-the-mouth again by saying that the Taj Mahal should be handed over to the central Waqf Board. Khan saheb, Taj Mahal is a historical monument. Its not a Mosque, Madarsa, Cemetery or Dargah. So, like all Historical Monuments in the country, the Taj Mahal is a Government of India property and belongs to the Secular body known as the Archaeological Survey of India, not to a religious organization like the Waqf board, the same way every fort & palace of Hindu kingdoms all over the country also belong to the ASI, not to the RSS, VHP or Hindu Mahasabha,
