The Sanitary Pads Policy is a mistake!!! The real issue is not sanitary pads it is poverty AND Hygiene!!! if a girl cant afford sanitary pads IT IS HER PARENTS PROBLEM if the parents cant afford, it is both an economic and parenting problem, why? Before sanitary pads our grandmothers had effective ways of keeping clean, and IT IS NOT A MATTER OF POVERTY AS MUCH AS IT IS A MATTER OF HYGIENE!! IN THIS DAY AND AGE WHERE THERE ARE TISSUES AND OTHER THINGS THAT EVEN RICHER PEOPLE MAY PREFER, SANITARY PADS ARE NOT THE ONLY WAY TO KEEP CLEAN!!! I know, because I have grown daughters!! If Parents cant afford sanitary pads, and do not have good parenting and hygiene skills, THERES LITTLE GIVING THEM SANITARY PADS WILL DO. I ASSURE YOU ALL; 2 YEARS AFTER THIS PROGRAM, WE WILL BE BACK PROBING HOW THEY STOLE THE MONEY FOR SANITARY PADS!!! Solution???... create jobs, fight poverty with good education, and stop covering your failures by distributing shoes, uniforms, and sanitary pads!!!
