The Satayhood Service failure big time. Service failure 1 My order was $24. I gave $50. With a rude tone and non smiley face and said No small change. A while later A chinese guy ordered and his order was $15, the guy gave $50. He took the $50 without any question and gave back change. So suddenly he had change. Then my friend wanted to buy coleslaw $9, gave $50. Again no change. Another malay guy also gave $50, no change. If you dont have change, at least say nicely, dont need to be so stuck up lah. And abang pls lah service with a smile. Kan dapat pahala. Service failure 2 I think he might have some problem with his kitchen, so not sure if can cook or not or have to wait long. He key in my order, then went into the kitchen, then the chef came out say cannot, he went in again, i waited a good 5 mins in front of the counter and not once he apologise for making me wait and he didnt even bother to tell me tat my order will be slightly late. Ok satayhood because i had the sudden craving for spring chicken today, i am still willing to wait and went through yr bad service coz I dont know where else to get spring chicken in tampines. But seriously, hope u improve lah. Ok bye.
