The Savannah Guides are holding a workshop after the AITC 2013. Savannah Guides School Alice Springs 12 – 15 October 2013 “Celebrating Australia’s Red Centre” Savannah Guides invites you to our next Savannah Guides School, based in Alice Springs. This four day workshop will focus on the incredible Red Centre’s landscape and people, and how guides can interpret this special place. Local field trips will explore behind the scenes, a host of local experts will present and we’ll see a range of tour guides in action. Experience the amazing Mbantua Festival, visit Standley Chasm and Simpson’s Gap, learn at your Desert Park living classroom, support an Aboriginal Training Restaurant and party at the road Transport Hall of Fame.
