The Scarborough Bluffs is a hot spot for dog owners and people alike. Its beauty and walking paths are very appealing and it truly is a hidden gem in Toronto. It also poses a danger to dogs off leash. Its exciting, there is alot of wildlife and dogs are lured by the prospects of a new adventure. This is the second such incident in a week that a dog has slipped through fencing and fell. Please do not let your dogs off leash in this area, or anywhere really.
