The Schwarz Foundation is very happy to announce that we have selected our musicians for the 2015 Samos Young Artists Festival, to be held between August 7 and August 13! In the next few weeks, we will be posting biographies and samples of their compositions. Today, we would like to introduce the opening act: Terem-Quartet, a musical crossover ensemble from Saint Petersburg, Russia. Since 1986, it has released 17 CDs, and its repertoire includes more than 500 musical compositions of classical and modern music. The recent line-up includes: Andrey Konstantinov (soprano domra), Andrey Smirnov (bayan-accordion), Mikhail Dzudze (double bass balalaika) and Alexey Barshev (alto domra).
