The Scottish Government cannot have it both ways. They cannot make a song and dance about not getting enough money from Westminster while at the same time be sitting on over half a billion underspend, that has not even been allocated. Money not allocated to Scotlands under performing cash strapped schools and colleges. Money not allocated to Scotlands under staffed and struggling SNHS. Money not allocated to roads which have not been resurfaced in decades. Money not allocated to local authorities - many of them run by the same SNP - who are under funded and cutting tens of thousands in staff each year. Well done SNP! Pitty we didnt find out about the gross financial miss management prior to 18th Sept., even more would have voted NO to their dumb proposal.
