The Scouts are stepping into the breach to take advantage of the opportunities for young people left by the #IsleofWight Council’s reduction of support to youth organisations. The movement has started the new year by raising its profile on the Isle of Wight and pointing to the fact that it is very much an organisation on the up and up. Scouting is far from being on the decline.
