Wray and Nephew Rum is then hand blended with sucrose to create a flavoured ‘air’ to top the cocktail. The Scary Mary £7.50 Beetroot, carrot and tomatoes, blended with homemade chilli vodka, worcestershire sauce, tabasco, horseradish, celery salt, fresh lemon and a splash of red wine.
