The Seller, Marcus Headly ordered a gas leak inspection, apparently in my name, leaving no CC on file. He told me to show up stating he wouldnt be there since I asked him not to be, (multiple times) so I took (more) precious time off work to meet Sears as I didnt want Marcus meeting any technician for any reason and letting himself in yet again with another reason. He then refused to pay the Tech. 1)I didnt order the appt. 2) It cost me $200 in wages of lost work time to wait for the window of time they give you...true cost much greater i.e. lost vacation time to be spent with family, lost productivity in a new position at work, physical stress and a headache that is still present, and an upset feeling all around about a builder who claims his homes have been featured in Parade of Homes San Antonio yet sold me not only a home in disrepair. But a dangerous home with gas and electrical problems. I feel ashamed and embarrassed for him. A life long career of building homes - totally discredited in my book, in just one transaction. 3) I offered to pay the tech for the srvc call, because I have integrity, but when Marcus called and I placed him on speaker phone so the tech could hear, the Tech stated he would collect from Marcus, the one who initiated the call. Of course as you see Marcus is paying in cash....hmmmm?!
