The Senate Intelligence Committees decision to release the Committee Report on the CIA Detention and Interrogation Program threatens the lives of diplomats, military personnel and Americans around the globe, and irreparably damages our relationships with our allies. While these enhanced interrogation techniques should be seriously examined by lawmakers and officials with top security clearances, the mass publication of this highly partisan and subjective report will only foment more instability around the globe and put our national security at risk.
