The Sesquicentennial Events will be held August 6, 7, 8, & 9 - 2015. We are working towards a firm calendar of the events to post here in an effort to keep everyone informed. You should expect to see A huge parade on Saturday August 8, 2015, there are plans for a Quilt Show, Peach Festival, Fashion Show, Living history by the Bucktail Re-enactors, Duncannon History Displays, a special book published by Dennis Hocker, a Community Church Service, Entertainment, and much much more. We have just submitted a grant application for Historical Markers that will enable the creation of a walking history tour of Duncannon. Fingers crossed we are successful! If your church or Duncannon organization would like to participate and have not yet engaged please contact us here and we will make sure you are included. Also, we have just ordered very durable oval Logo Stickers featuring the Scotty Brown art work A Trail Through Time When we receive them we will let you know how to obtain them, the cost will be $5.00.
