The Shaukeens First Weekend Collection The Shaukeens has registered limited jump through the weekend. Sunday (3rd day) also registered a jump in the region of 10-15% which is limited and could have been better. Although film showed jump, it is lesser than expected level. The Shaukeens put up first weekend number of around 18.3 crore nett which is below the mark. On Sunday movie collected around 7 crore nett which is very much decent again, but not that great also. Now The Shaukeens needs to hold well from Monday onward. Film need to sustain well in weekdays as there is a significant release coming Friday and its screening will be get reduced significantly from then on. Film had Akshay Kumar has face value, but makers and promoters didnt promote it as his film only. That may be one of the reason that film got such as tepid start at box office. Anyways still all is not lost and hope film maintains well from Monday onward. Collection Breakup - Friday - 5 crore nett Saturday - 6.3 crore nett. Sunday - 7 crore nett (est). Total - 18.3 crore nett (approx).
