The Singapore Strength Sports Classic 2013 Review #4. From the 5th-6th of July 2013, four athletes represented PushMore in the Weightlifting and Powerlifting events at the Singapore Strength Sports Classic 2013. Over the span of the coming week, each of the athletes will share their experience of preparing and competing on the competition platform. In our final installment, we hear from Mike Tee. In signing up for the Powerlifting Open, Mike decides to enter the U66kg category. However, at that point of time, he weighed in at 69kg, meaning he had to lose 3kg in two months, while continuing to increase the numbers on his competition lifts. And for those of you who know Mike, he doesn’t have much weight to lose! Changes to nutrition, sleep and training were put in place, and with a lot of discipline, Mike just makes it for his weigh-in on game day. And at that lighter body weight, he PRs all his competition lifts! This is his story: youtube/watch?v=6I9lLKYvijE&feature=share&list=UUIpjbrad5iBLjUosTMPA_QQ
