The Sligo Rovers Soccer Academy returns this week where you can train and be coached by Sligo Rovers coach Ciaran Kelly and other players. Six sessions will take place up until 28 June and prices are as low at €8 a session when booking for each Saturday of this Academy duration. Prices are €50 for one child, €90 for two children from one family and €120 three children from one family, or just book a single session for €10. The dates are Saturday 24th May, 31st May, 7th June, 14th June, 21st June, 28th June, all in The Showgrounds Astro Turf pitch. It’s open to all boys and girls between six and 13 years. It will develop their fundamental skills through practice and participation of games. The coaching sessions provide a safe, fun coaching environment to encourage equality of participation through non-competitive drills. Only Vetted and certified FAI coaches will be provided including Sligo Rovers first team players. Pre-booking is essential as places are limited. Walk-ons may be accepted on the day but it is advised to book in advance.
