The Social Worker for Kindred Hospital called me to ask some questions about Momma. She was very helpful and nice and it gave me the chance to verbalize my concerns based on what my mom told me. She said she will definitely be on top of this as neglect is not okay. And that she will meet with the case manager and patient relations manager. She also said I can call a meeting with the team. That includes nurses, doctors, therapists,case manager,herself and a couple other members. So I believe I will be calling this meeting after the holiday. She said she would go check in on my mom again for me and that she was sleeping earlier. So I feel a lot better now.
