The Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club is planning to offer a Summer Training Program for children aged 10-14 yrs, this year. The summer program being developed would take place outdoors at Hiawatha Highlands and would focus on flexibility, stamina and strength through age appropriate games and activities.
