The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in partnership with the City of Tucson is part of the 25 Cities Initiative to help get homeless Veterans off the streets. The initiative, which is led by the VA, works with government and community organizations to identify homeless Veterans and integrating efforts to get homeless Veterans the assistance they need.
