The Southern Museum of Civil War & Locomotive History show a rare battle flag belonging to the 65th Georgia Infantry Regiment from the Civil War. The flag, tattered with 41 bullet holes and blood-stained, saw action during the Atlanta campaign. It was donated by descendants of the final flag bearer. The museum plans to build a new display around the flag, which could be available for public viewing in about a year. ~Robert~
