The Springdale School District will be doing free physicals for our student-athletes again this year on Saturday, February 1st beginning at 8:00am through 9:30am for girls and 10:00am through 12:00pm for boys. Physicals will be conducted for those 9th graders who plan on enrolling at SHS next year at the Walker Fieldhouse. 8th grade students at Lakeside Jr. High, 8th graders at George Junior High and any 7th grader who plans to be in athletics next year at those two junior highs can also get their free physical at the Walker Fieldhouse. Every student-athlete must have a current physical on file with his/her coach to be eligible to participate or try out. This is the perfect opportunity to get that physical at no charge. Students must bring the Springdale Public Schools Physical Form, signed by a parent or guardian, with them on February 1st or they will not receive a physical. Please make sure all students are aware of this opportunity - 7th graders included.
